茶々丸は日本文化の折り紙(和紙)をアクセサリー(ピアス・イアリング・箱・その他)としてハンドメイドしています。

【こだわり点】
・一枚一枚に時間をかけ手折りして、細部まできれいに仕上げています。
・和紙の色・艶の出方も思考錯誤し、樹脂や塗料を複数回塗り柄が美しくでる様に仕上げています。
・一つ一つ、美しく綺麗に仕上げることを心がけています。
【注意事項】
○一枚一枚、友禅和紙や千代紙を小さく切取って使用しています。二個一組のものは多少、柄が異なりますのでご了承ください。
○すべて一から手作りしてます。手作りなので同じものはこの世に二つとありません。
○写真はサンプルとなります。一枚の和紙を小さく切り取って折っていますので、柄の取り位置、折り目によって写真の物と多少柄が異なる場合があります。予めご了承ください。
○複数購入の場合は多少柄が異なりますのでご了承ください。
一枚の大きな和紙から切取っておりますので多少柄の出方が異なります。
【配送の際の梱包について】
・海外配送の際に梱包で使うダンボールや緩衝材は使用済みのものを再利用していますので予めご了承ください。
（※商品に直接触れるものはすべて新品の緩衝材やOPP袋を使っています。）
・国内配送の梱包材(外装)はクラフト封筒(新品)になります。緩衝材は使用済みのものを再利用していますので予めご了承ください。
一度に４個以上ご注文頂いた際は海外配送用梱包になる場合があります。

・Our earrings are carefully handcrafted allowing the time necessary to accomplish a good quality product.
・Depending on the type of washi paper, we consider thoroughly the amount of layers of resin necessary to achieve a neat gloss and firmness.
・We do our best effort to finish up each earring beautifully.
【DISCLAIMERS】
● Earrings Design
We cut a small piece off from a large patterned Yuzen Washi or Chiyogami paper, therefore, the distribution of the pattern of each earring is not exactly the same.
Please note that the pictures displayed are just a sample, thus the distribution of the pattern may differ due to cutting and folding.
● Packaging
For international orders please be advised that cardboard boxes and cushioning materials used are recycled. ( however, every material that touches the product directly is new)
For domestic delivery we use new craft-paper envelopes. The cushioning material is recycled. ( every material that touches the product directly is new)
When ordering more than 4 items at a time, the packaging may become the same one used for international orders.
● Statement of Delivery
Chachamaru is an eco-friendly company, therefore we have a paperless policy.
Please note that the statement of delivery won't be included in the package, instead, we will send you a copy of the statement of delivery via email.
● Order Confirmation
We will contact you via email after confirming your order (after payment is confirmed).
In the case of convenience store payment, bank transfer etc, we will contact you as soon as payment is completed.
If your order is confirmed after 3 PM Tuesday thru Saturday a confirmation email will be sent the next day. Orders confirmed on Sunday after 3 PM and on Monday, an email will be sent on Tuesday.
Our regular holiday is Monday.
【Shipping and Delivery】
Chachamaru is opened Tuesday thru Sunday.
We are closed on Monday.
Orders received by 3 PM Pacific time will ship the same day Tuesday to Friday.
Although there may be times when we are out of stock and need to make the products. We do understand that receiving your order quickly is important to you, so we will make our best effort to ship the order the same day, but if your order couldn't be completed the same day, we will ship it the next business day. however in cases where we do not have the supplies necessary it may take a bit longer to ship. We will contact you via email to inform you if this is the case.
Orders received after 3PM will ship the next business day.
